How to open a terminal window in Ubuntu

You can open a terminal window in Ubuntu using the following methods:

  1. Pressing the combination of Ctrl + Alt + T can quickly open a terminal window using shortcut keys.
  2. Accessing the application menu: Click on the “Applications” menu in the top left corner, then type “Terminal” or “Terminal” in the search box, and click to open the Terminal application.
  3. To open a new terminal window, you can also use the shortcut Alt + F2 to bring up the “Run a command” window, then type in “gnome-terminal” and hit Enter.
