The steps to import the NumPy library in Anaconda are as follows:

  1. Open Anaconda Navigator and click on the “Environments” tab.
  2. Select the desired environment on the “Environments” page, such as “base (root)”.
  3. On the right side of the target environment, click on the “Open Terminal” button to open a terminal window.
  4. To install the NumPy library, type the following command in the terminal window:

  7. Install numpy using pip.
  8. If you have previously installed the NumPy library, you can update the NumPy library using the following command:
