How to access the home directory in Linux?

There are two ways to access the home directory in a Linux system: 1. Using the absolute path to access the home directory.

– To access the main directory, open the terminal and enter the command `cd /home/username`, where “username” is your username. Alternatively, you can use relative paths to navigate to the main directory.

Open the terminal and simply type the command `cd ~` to enter the home directory. In the Linux system, the symbol “~” represents the home directory. Whichever way you use, once you are in the home directory, you can use the `pwd` command to check the current directory you are in and confirm if you have entered the home directory.
