How to enable secure boot on Windows 10?
To enable secure boot on Windows 10, follow these steps:
- First, go to the settings page in Windows 10. You can click on the Start menu and then select the “Settings” icon.
- Click on the “Update & Security” option in the settings menu.
- Choose the “Restore” option in the “Update and Security” interface.
- In the recovery options, you will see the “Advanced Startup” section, click on the “Restart Now” button.
- After restarting, you will see a startup selection menu. Choose the “Troubleshoot” option.
- In the troubleshooting menu, select “advanced options”.
- Select the “UEFI Firmware Settings” option in the advanced settings.
- By selecting the “restart” button, your computer will reboot and enter the BIOS settings interface.
- In the BIOS settings interface, locate the “Secure Boot” option and set it to “Enable”.
- Save the settings and exit the BIOS setup interface.
- Your computer will restart, and Secure Boot for Windows 10 has been successfully enabled.
Please note that in order to enable Windows 10 Secure Boot, your computer must support UEFI firmware and Secure Boot feature. If your computer does not support these features, you will not be able to configure Secure Boot.
