This could be due to several reasons:

The format of the SAP WSDL does not meet the standard. Please ensure that the format of the WSDL file is correct and follows SOAP standards.
PB’s webservice proxy wizard does not support certain SAP-specific WSDL elements or functionalities. In such cases, you may need to manually create the webservice proxy or use other tools to generate proxy classes.
The webservice proxy wizard version in PB is outdated and does not support the latest SAP WSDL. Try updating the PB version and using the webservice proxy wizard again.
