- Insert the installation media into the server and reboot the server.
- Select “Install Ubuntu Server” or a similar option to enter the installation program.
- Choose the appropriate language for installation.
- Choose the keyboard layout.
- Choose “Install Ubuntu Server”.
- Choose the appropriate time zone.
- Set up the hostname of the server.
- “Set up user and password.”
- Install an OpenSSH server so that you can access the server remotely via SSH.
- You can choose either manual partitioning or automatic partitioning when selecting the partition method.
- Choose the appropriate disk for installation.
