Azureへログイン

コマンド実行後、ブラウザでhttp://aka.ms/devicelogin へアクセス、ログイン、コマンド実行結果に表示されているコード（XXXXXXXXX箇所）を入力する。
※コード入力すると自動的に以下の出力が表示されプロンプトが戻る。

VMのイメージを探す
ここではCentOSのイメージを探してみる。
Azureポータル上からCentOS基本イメージの公開元(publishers)を調べたらOpenlogicと判明。
