Docker で httpd

• エントリーポイントを、httpd -DFOREGROUND で起動してしまうと、任意のタイミングで httpd 単体の停止等が難しくなるので、 bash などを指定する。

service httpd graceful 等の service コマンドは使えない（Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted）が、 httpd -k graceful は使える。
